10 May 2022 – Medford Ma. A game design group from Tufts announces their newest game: Bad Landlord, for PC.

 

You can be nice to your tenants, or choose not to be. Extinguish fires, fix fridges and washers, or decide to leave them be, saving up your money to buy a sought after yacht.

 

You play a landlord, and must save up enough money to buy yourself a yacht. This may come at the expense of your tenants, as you can choose what to fix in their apartments, if anything. Be on the lookout for flashing signals that indicate if something needs to be fixed. As you get more money, you sign more tenants and grow your empire. This way, you can get more money, but the pressure only builds, as there are more objects that keep breaking.

 

Keep up with tenant demand, while also saving up enough money, in order to win the game and buy your yacht!
